    Vintage 1970s Sears Jr Bazaar  DARK BLUE and WHITE  Plaid Pants High Waist Bell Bottom FIX-UP WAIST 30".  9" from waist to crotch-- bottom of bell at hem is 15" across.  Inseam is 31 1/2" - Normal Hip is 38-39".      Never worn - fabric is still stifff with sizing.  Someone was altering but didn't get them finished.  No Waistband or Zipper on this item.  If you know how to sew or know someone - would make great pair of bell bottoms.  NO STAINS - NO HOLES.  Any questions please email.   Could be some good quilt fabric also.
