The elastic had previously been replaced and it feels like a thick rubber band-type material was used to replace. You could replace this again with a more normal elastic band and this would also allow for a larger waist size. There are no evident stains, holes, or rips.

    Description

    Awesome 60's purple pants by Sears! These pants are in overall excellent pre-owned vintage condition. There are a couple loose seams at the waistline (pictured) but it is not a hole. The elastic had previously been replaced and it feels like a thick rubber band-type material was used to replace. You could replace this again with a more normal elastic band and this would also allow for a larger waist size. There are no evident stains, holes, or rips.
    Classic 60's leisure pants! There is no fabric tag but they feel like polyester. These fit high waisted with a wide straight leg. Elastic at the waist and a great hem allowance to allow for more length if needed! These are machine washable. Tag size 8 but the current elastic band allows for XXS-XS fit. Please see measurements below to ensure a proper fit.
