This is a vintage bike, so it does have signs of cosmetic wear. It has scratches and scuffs on the frame. The front and rear tire are not the same. The front tire tread is worn. The pedals are mix matches. The gears will need to be replaced or fixed. The gears are not hooked up. It measures 18" from crank to top of seat post. Please see pictures, thanks. This will be semi disassembled for shipping.
