Vintage nashbar suntour edge 4000 road bike

Vintage nashbar suntour edge 4000 road bike.
Seems to be very good shape for its age .
Tires are currently flat , and valve stems are not “standard “ size so I have no clue to fill them .
I honestly don’t know anything about bikes , I was given this bike and some others as payment for cleaning out a barn .
But I knew enough that when I picked up this bike “being ridiculously light “ it was quality.
