Vintage Mongoose Pads Pro Class Californian Expert Team Blue Bar Stem Frame

Please look at the pictures. These are from the 1980s but are incomplete. The stem pad is fine. The frame pad seems to have the foam from the handlebar pad which I do not have. No reserve on these!
