This is a vintage metal advertising ashtray from Dubuque, Iowa featuring Dubuque Savings & Loan.  It is new/unused/sealed in a plastic bag that has never been opened since this was originally obtained by my family in the year 1976.
This ashtray is approximately 4.75 inches by 3.5 inches with a height of about 3/8ths of an inch.
