I have nice pre owned Vintage Huger Sputnik Globe Hygrometer Weather Station West Germany 8" Tall lights scratches and some discoloring in brass trim. green felt on bottom. Two small cracks hidden behind brass saucer as shown in last picture. I am not an expert with this device and I am unsure how accurate or the proper working condition of the item.
