Description

Here is a rare style of vintage pants from Carole Little Saint Tropez West that dates from the early 1980’s.  It is 100% silk in a “rust” color and has a straight leg that is 9” wide, top to bottom with no flare.  It has a high waist with a 12” rise, and the inseam is 30”.  The front is pleated from the waist.
What makes these pants different is the closure.  There is no fly.  The waist has 2 straps with dual ring buckles.  Behind the left buckle is an inner strap that buttons on the inside to give closure.  Once this strap is buttoned, the opening below the strap acts as the opening for the left pocket.  There is a normal matching pocket on the right.
It is tagged as size 6, but sizing has changed a lot since the 1980’s, so please check your own measurements against those below to assure a proper fit.
