Vintage 60s Multi-Colored Striped Bell Bottoms, Men's or Women's. Low rise

Multi-colored striped bell bottom pants.
Purchased in 1968 in the Philadelphia area.
Hip-hugger.  Low rise.
Snap button
Two front pockets.  No back pockets.
Very slim fit
Good condition.  Small 1 inch tear in rear.  Small paint stains (the pants belonged to an art student).
The shape of the bells has been slightly altered.  They were taken in so that the bells flared out gradually.  These stitches can be removed if the original shape is preferred.
