Vintage 1970's flared wide leg / palazzo / culottes pants.
Nylon knit (with no stretch in it) has a psychedelic print in pinks, purple, orange etc.
Center front zip and button fastening.
There is a very small label that says "40" so I suspect these are French. The actual measurements are as follows:
40" outside leg waist to hem.
27" waist.
11" rise.
30" inside leg.
44" leg opening at the hem.
In excellent condition.
