Vintage 1960's Bubble Gum Pink Crochet Pants

Oh sure, when you deal with vintage, you see lots and lots of crocheted ponchos and scarves made lovingly by Aunt Marlene in Peru, Indiana out of awful yarn in the most unflattering shapes. Well, this little Auntie was hip and crafted someone a pair of bubble gum-pink pants out of heavy cotton blend yarn in a most stylish leggy, high-waisted silhouette. Think about it, how many women do you know that could pull this off? Not only do you have to have a great body, you have to have the balls to do it. Paired with a Marni floral charmeuse top and Fiorucci fruit platform slingbacks, we think these rule in the most audacious way. If worn with a high-waisted pink panty, you can do this with nothing else underneath. Scalloped at the hem, they are very slim through the hip and tie at the waist with a pink-to-white yarn tie.
