Steiff Golden Age of the Circus Gorilla Strong Man 1991 Limited Edition #0491/5000 - now retired.
The Strong Man is 21 cm tall and fully jointed, he has been sewn from a sumptuous, brown mohair with wool felt paws and face, with glossy black eyes and hand painted highlights, defining his features. His costume consists of a leotard crafted from gold lame, with black animal print and a black waist band. A long cape in shiny green satin, lined in shimmering, metallic gold, plus a gold brocade trimmed, black hat. Most certainly an entertainer!
Being a part of the Golden Age of the Circus, he is a member of an exclusive North American series, and is a Limited Edition of only 5,000 pieces
