    You are bidding on a New With Tags Vintage Steiff Mimic Bear Elbow Puppet Ear Tag 3490/45. This bear has been never been used and still has the original tags. The puppet has been kept in a smoke free home. The face, body and hair are all in excellent condition. The red ribbon does have some fraying ends which are shown in the photos. The hang tag has a little bend. This is a unique Steiff Bear with a movable mouth and arms like a puppet.
