No origin or maker tags, size states L (my guess 8 but review measurements), 100% polyester
Shown on form with dress hoop.
Underskirt is white trimmed with lace
Collar stands up
Molded Cups in Bodice
Sleeves are sheer lighter blue with beaded cuff
Measurements:  flat across chest arm pit to arm pit 18", flat across waist area 15", shoulders 18" (off shoulder some), sleeves 22" and 60" long (measured not on form)
