The new concrete buildings (GreenFLEX Technology) include the following:

• Full-height 8' tall walls & ceiling height
• Roof designed to hold a 30# live load and tested to a 300% safety factor (90#)
• Floor designed to hold a 30# live load and tested to a 300% safety factor (90#)
• Engineered for uplift and lateral resistance to seismic category C and 90 MPH wind
zone C/100 MPH wind zone B.
INSULATION
• Solid-core EPS foam insulation, with effective whole-house R-values equivalent to site-built codes, exceeds ANSI requirements
• 4" thick walls with solid R-17 EPS foam-core insulation
• 6" thick floors with solid R-26 EPS foam-core insulation (plumbing roughed in - floor drains installed as per spec)
• 8" thick ceilings with solid R-31 EPS foam-core insulation
EXTERIOR SEALANTS
o Only first-class commercial-grade polyurethane exterior caulking.
o Polyurethane caulking has both superior stretching and bonding ability, typically
lasting 10 to 20 years even in commercial exterior applications
o Manufacturer lifetime guaranteed Miller 5600 Krill satin exterior latex over Glidden 6001-1200 Hydroseal masonry primer
