    Description

    This is a sweet vintage Steiff Chimpanzee. Numbered 0020/11 on the tag in it's foot. It is a 3" monkey of wool & cotton blend with painted nose, mouth & plastic eyes. The head turns & the legs are bendable, but not jointed. Comes in a vintage Steiff box, which I don't know if it's original to this bear or not. In fair condition. **** Two of the felt feet are damaged. One is almost all missing & the one with the button & tag is damaged. Please see photos for details.*****Fur is soft & plush.  Smells ever so slightly musty from storage.  Charming!
