mean a cleaning cycle or two won't be needed upon arrival to you (Some printers such as the 8610 have multiple levels of cleaning, and it walks you through! Access to the cleaning process varies depending on the printer, but most cleaning cycles will be close to the following sequence

If the multi level cleaning does not work for whatever reason, reach out and we can discuss options before processing a request. We have lots of knowledge on different printer issues, and it could be something simple. Worst case, if our solutions cant solve the problem, and exchange may be an option depending on availability.
