We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We pride ourselves on fast shipping. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible, averagely your order will be shipped within 1-3 days.

All of our products are FREE SHIPPING to the USA, Australia, Canda and Asian countries. Other countries can be shipped in additional costs. We currently have two distribution channels, Taiwan and USA.

We have corporation with many global carriers such as EMS, Fedex, DHL, TNT, Toll, and Air Mail service. For shipping from Taiwan warehouse, we would decide which carrier is more appropriate to be used. Averagely it takes 2-5 days. For some case, it might take longer days of delivery depend on the destinied country and dimension of item.
