Fearnaught David Nevins Marsden Book Print Illustration Page Matted & Framed

This is an estate sale find and I was not able to find any details on this piece.
It appears to be a framed illustration from a book but can't guarantee that is correct.
"Marsden" is in the lower left corner of the sketch and "Fearnaught, Jun. Owned by David Nevins, Jun - See Page 468" is underneath the sketch.
The frame is approximately 13.5" x 11.5" x 1.25" deep.  Nice wooden framed accented by gold gilt trim.  The opening of the piece is about 8.75" x 7".
The sketch looks great.  No wrinkles, creases or stains.  The frame has some scuffing on the edges and torn paper on the back.
