Note that the triangle in the upper left corner has the Family Dog logo with a red background, verifying that THIS IS THE FIRST PRINTING of the poster ~ The less-rare second printing would have these colors reversed ~
Bought this poster in 1981 or '82 following an ad in Rolling Stone ~ Drove to SF and bought it from a business partner of Chet Helms ~The poster is shrink-wrapped on cardboard measuring 15" by 24" ~ To be clear, the poster is not glued to the cardboard, but floats freely under the shrink wrap ~ Did that to protect it from bends etc when I first got it ~
It is flat and intact and without pinholes ~
