We will ship the logos flat, because the curvature depends on the helmet size and the logo position. For how to bend it to perfectly fit your helmet, see "How to shape & affix logos" in product description section below. It's very easy and quick to do.
Product description:
Logo Size:  approx. 2 to 2.5 inches L, 1/8 inches thick (approx. 50-65mm L, 3mm thick),
The width will be scaled in proportion according to your logo design.
Number Size: approx. 1.5 inches L,
1/8 inches thick
(approx. 38mm L, 3mm thick). The width varies with individual numbers.
Number Font: High School Block (see photo 4) is the default.
Material: PLA plastic. Waterproof. Highly durable.
Texture: 3D printed (in the printing process minor imperfections may appear and each item is unique). Glossy, smooth finish.
Color: WHITE ONLY is the basic option
## Requests for other colors or multi-colored logos will be considered on a case by case basis. Please send us your logo file via messages, we will see whether it's possible to make and send you a custom offer. Please note extra costs apply:
- additional USD5 for any color other than white
- additional 50% for 2-colored logos
- additional 100% for 3-colored logos
How to shape & affix logos
:
(1) Put 1 logo / number at a time in hot water of 90-100 °C for about 30 seconds, it will soften a little bit. Take it out carefully with a spoon, quickly place it onto the exact position of the helmet as you want it to be, then press it against the helmet for about 20 seconds to shape it into the curvature that matches your helmet perfectly. Set it aside to cool down and set.
(2) Apply super glue to the back of the logo, then affix onto helmet.
Care instruction: Easy to clean. Hand wash in lukewarm water only.
Important Note:
After placing order, please send us your logo file in jpg format via eBay Message using the "attach photos" button at the bottom, and also the 9 player numbers.
** If custom info not received within 2 days of ordering, the sample file (as in the first picture) will be used to make the item.

Return Policy:
Due to the nature of custom made / personalized products, we are unable to accept returns. If your product is faulty, arrives damaged, or there is an error made by us, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it, and we are willing to replace it for free. The buyer will have to send us back the faulty product (in new and unused condition) within 14 days, then we will replace the goods and resend. However the buyer is responsible for the postage when you send the item back to us.
