Description

This is a souvenir plate with a colored transfer print of the Public Library of Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  It has a pierced rim and 10 sides.  On the back is the Made in Germany mark from about 1900.  It is in good condition with a spot on the rim where the color was missed when it was manufactured but no chips, cracks or repairs.
