THIS METER WAS FOUND AT A PROMINENT ESTATE HERE IN SANTA BARBARA.
IT IS IN GOOD CONDITION.
IT IS WORKING.
IT MEASURES ABOUT 3.5 INCHES TALL.
This is an instrument that measures relative humidity using the expansion and contraction of hair.
Through a system of levers, it moves a dial on the face of the hygrometer.
