Adams-Bagnall Electric Company Electric Fan, Base And Motor Only.
Sold as-is for parts or refurbishment. Cast iron fan base with motor. Adams Bagnall Electric Company, Cleveland Ohio, brass plate attached to motor. Plate reads: No. 67684, Volts 110, Cycles 60. Stands approximately 15” tall from base to top of motor. Base is approximately 7 1/2” diameter. I think it would have originally housed a 12” blade.
Exterior is Dusty and grimy, needs a good cleaning. Cage attachment brackets and mounting bolts included. I will detach the brackets for shipping.
Motor condition unknown, Motor turns freely when I spin the fan blade attachment stud. Motor rotates freely right/left in the stand. Condition of wiring and electrical components unknown. Power/speed control switch intact and slides freely. The ceramic electrical plate is loose in the base and has a hairline crack as pictured. Some rust on base as pictured. One chip noted on underside of base as pictured. Otherwise, I can find no other visible chips or cracks. Paint missing and or chipping on base and motor.
