    Here is a 9 1/8" souvenir plate for the State of Iowa - The Hawkeye State
    It has photos of the state flower; the shape of Iowa; & several landmarks within the State.
    Beautiful detailed gold rim
    This is a preowned plate that is in very nice condition.  There is one tiny chip to the paint shown as a close up in photo #3.
    Older plate but not sure what year.
