18S401 up for sale is a lot of 30 pieces small compression springs , these we think were used in detroit electrical switches , came from a closed factory , box marked DTL 3004 , these measure on the od 0.128 just over 1/8 x 0.08 inner diameter just over 5/64 inch the free length is 0.727 just under 3/4 inch then compressed length is under 1/2 inches , the wire size is 0.022 , these are magnetic so most likely steel but could be magnetic stainless , nice springs for a special project or to repair a detroit switch , these come loose as shown in photos ,
