1980s plaid stirrup leggings pants flannel high rise waist S - M 80s punk preppy

Description

Found these 1980s stirrup leggings in family attic - well loved by original owner but don't fit her anymore.  Very good condition except for the elastic.  The stretch is gone out of the waist elastic and beginning to go on the stirrup elastic.  One stirrup is threading out a bit.  All elastics can be replaced.  Clean with no holes nor rips nor stains, etc.  From smoke free and pet free home.  There is no label in the pants - we think they are cotton flannel.  The size is probably small to medium.  The model wearing the leggings in the picture weighs about 110 and they are a bit big on her.  The waist as it is now - somewhat stretched - measures about 15 1/2 inches when flat.  The inseam measures about 28 to 29 inches to the stirrup - not including the stirrup. High rise, high waist style. There is a sewn in pleat down the front of each pant leg. No pockets.  Cute pair of school girl tartan plaid so popular at the time in the 1980s.
