    1973 GITANE 10 Speed Bicycle. 1973 Professional Super Corsa
    Mostly Campagnolo!!  Front and rear derailleur, pedals, spindles etc.
    I bought it in 1977 new, lost my license.  Road it daily to work, loved it and kept it in my bedroom within reach at all times!  Was my dream bike when i got it!  Has sew ups and a pair of extras.  21 pounds!! Really fast and stiff, reynolds 531. It has a scuff on the seat and it has some scratches and shows it has been loved and ridden.  Really special, but I'm old and want someone else to love it!!
    Buyer will pay actual shipping cost.  I will box and pad it carefully in wooden crate, however shipping may be 0 or so.  Of course pick up is always available or we can work out a pick up location within reason.... Thanks
    After speaking with other Gitane officienados I believe this bicycle to be a 1973 Super Corsa.  It is the top of the line bike produced by Gitane in that year.  I did buy it new in 1977, but it must have been left over stock? The frame lugs and dropouts are campy and I'm told that identifies it as the 73 super corsa.
