1967 SCHWINN STINGRAY FASTBACK BLACK BICYCLE, DEC 1967, OLD 5 SPEED MUSCLE BIKE

HI, relisted due to non paying bidder, this is a 1967 Schwinn Stingray Fastback, serial number MC49021, built DEC 1967, I believe the bike is original paint, the seat is not a Schwinn Stingray seat but i believe it's from the same time period as this bike, the seat does have some cracks and stains, the bike is missing both front and rear brake cables, also there is a small hole in the chain guard near the K on the word fastback (see last pic ), the decals are almost all gone on the shifter, all of the above mentioned is visible in the 12 pictures provided
, some of the chrome parts are pitted, some areas very lightly, others areas a little heavier, again most of it is visible if you zoom in on one of the 12 pictures we provided, both rims are stamped S6 Schwinn tubular, the front tire holds air but is junk, it has a lot of big cracks,
the front tire reads nylon Schwinn Stingray Fastback 20 x 1 3/8 to fit S5 or S6 Schwinn tubular rim made in the USA, the rear tire reads nylon Schwinn Stingray Fastback Slick 20 x 1 3/8 to fit S5 or S6 Schwinn tubular rim made in USA,
rear is in good used condition, it looks new but does have some tight very very tiny age cracks,
the bike was bought seven days ago from the original owner, all we have done is rinse the dirt off and air up the tires, we
realize the bike needs work but we thought it definitely was worth saving,
with all of the above things mentioned the bike will require some parts, service and maintenance to be a reliable rider
