1930s Aalfs Paint and Glass Company Sioux City IA Advert Brush Manufacturing Mfg

Rare old survivor, and advertising piece from long time Sioux City, Iowa family owned business Aalfs (Manufacturing) (Company started in 1892 as a paint and wallpaper and plate glass company but expanded over the years, eventually getting into the making of denim jeans/ clothing by the early 1940s and when they moved out of the glass/ paint business so this brush dates to pre WWII....(The company was sold to   Mexican garment manufacturer  Siete Leguas in 2018, but retained offices in its historic building on 3rd St. in Sioux City. The main branch library in Sioux City is named after the family...) Great bit of Norhtwest IA history... shows a little wear as you can see, but all in all a great addition to any SC collection, cool for display.
