18" RARE Custom OOAK My Twinn "Tasha" head hybrid with American girl body

Beautiful Custom My Twinn 18"  "Tasha" she comes with a glued on original my Twinn wig, it does have a little glue spot in the back, Her head is new with brand new Pabol eyes that will not turn funky colors with age and artist brows and lashes. She does have "real" top lashes.  She has a American girl doll body from a TLC doll that has been washed and restrung. Saying that her body may have shine marks from play or stains. (Update: this may be a real my twinn body. I'm not sure. It doesn't have a tag)
For 5 she comes dressed in a seamstress dress, bonnet and OB shoes but for 5 plus shipping I will sell her shoeless and nakie.
