18" RARE Custom OOAK My Twinn "Berkeley" head hybrid with American girl body

Beautiful Custom My Twinn 18" Berkeley. Comes
Dressed as shown in a gorgeous new seamstress dress and panties, the shoes are new but an off brand . Her head is new with brand new Pabol eyes that will not turn funky colors with age and artist brows and lashes. She does have "real" top lashes.  She has a American girl doll body from a TLC doll that has been washed and restrung. Saying that her body may have shine marks from play or spots on her torso. Her wig is a beautiful new off brand wig that is glued on.
