Description
In 1902, in the German village of Giengen an der Brenz, Richard Steiff designed and created the world's first jointed bear. By 1906, almost one million Teddy Bears had been produced, the majority were shipped to America. This Teddy Bear was produced in 1985 usingthat 1906 pattern. With posable arms and legs, this bear has his original ear tag with "Steiff, Made in Western Germany, 0167/32" on it. He has been gently used, with small stain marks on all four paws, but otherwise in excellent condition.
